Fault prediction and health management system

Based on big data and cloud computing technology, Windey has independently developed a Fault Prediction and Health Management (PHM) system, which can track the health condition of wind turbines in real time and identify the risk of failure shutdown by extracting and analyzing the comprehensive features of multiple remote sensing signals, becomes a smart operation and maintenance service platform for wind turbines. The system can comprehensively monitor the core components such as blades, pitch system, transmission chain and converter, and the early warning accuracy is higher than 85%.

As a part of Windey Smart Wind Power Ecosystem, the platform aims to realize all-round health monitoring of wind turbines, supplemented by intelligent operation and maintenance scheduling and spare parts scheduling strategies, thus improving MTBF of wind farms by more than 50%, increase power generation by more than 3% and reduce operation and maintenance costs by more than 20%.
